The Somerville Hotel was completed with the intention to delight its patrons.

Our hotel architecture firm went from design concept to completion in just 9 months over 3 stages. The Somerville Hotel owners are now enjoying increased patronage thanks to fully refurbished bars, bistro, beer garden, gaming space and terraces.

This hospitality project was considered a culturally significant site by the local community. The original hotel and guest rooms had suffered many years of neglect prior to this project being developed. 

Peeling back the layers of previous work was carefully considered. We wanted to ensure the beautiful existing framework was preserved in the new hotel design for guests to enjoy.
